Ingredients:

Flour tortillas 6
Cream cheese, softened 8 oz
Sour cream 1 cup
Sriracha 2 tablespoons
Granulated garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
Sliced ham, diced 1 1/2 cups
Green pepper, finely diced 1
Red onion, finely diced 1 cup
Grated pepper jack cheese 1 1/2 cups

Instructions:

    1. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sriracha, and granulated garlic powder. Mix them together until well combined and smooth.
    2. Spread Tortillas: Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the 6 flour tortillas. Spread the mixture edge-to-edge on each tortilla.
  1. Add Toppings: Evenly distribute the diced ham, finely diced green pepper, and finely diced red onion over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of grated pepper jack cheese over the toppings.
  2. Roll and Slice: Tightly roll up each tortilla. Once rolled, trim off about an inch from each end (the less filled parts). Then, cut each rolled tortilla into 2-inch pieces.
