- Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sriracha, and granulated garlic powder. Mix them together until well combined and smooth.
- Spread Tortillas: Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the 6 flour tortillas. Spread the mixture edge-to-edge on each tortilla.
- Add Toppings: Evenly distribute the diced ham, finely diced green pepper, and finely diced red onion over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of grated pepper jack cheese over the toppings.
- Roll and Slice: Tightly roll up each tortilla. Once rolled, trim off about an inch from each end (the less filled parts). Then, cut each rolled tortilla into 2-inch pieces.
